Re-Pierre Joseph Neuville

I am looking for a thread to finding Pierre Joseph Neuville who was born around 1812. His one son, also Pierre Joseph Pierre Neuville was born in 1842 in France. He married Marie Eugenie Labanhie in 1874 in Dunkirk. Soon afterward the wedding the son - Pierre Joseph (as a civil Engineer)- went to India where two of their children were born. The third was born in France and then they moved over to England.
