Scots Prisoners to Colonies 1650-1654 --- How do I trace people on this list?

Can you post the links to the profiles - both the possible immigrant and your 1715 ancestor? Thanks!

This may seem silly, but I don't know how to post a link or what profile means.

A profile is a node in the tree. Everyone - including you and me - has a geni profile.

You can post the profile link (URL) by copying and pasting from the browser address bar (the http:// .. ) into a discussion. Or you can try either of the methods here
