Often, when I go into a Profile and want to go from it to a parent or etc. - the HoverCard shows a spinning symbol inside, and it is impossible (sometimes I have persisted and succeeded - so perhaps 'very difficult' is, at least sometimes, the more accurate term) to get to the member of the immediate family this way. It used to be very easy to get to members of the immediate family by just clicking on them. Anyone else have this problem?
