I would like to exchange informations on the family CLAUSS / GOODACRE:
I live in France and some of my ancestors (Alsatians) came to the USA by 1870: State of Michigan, Kalamazoo County, City of Kalamazoo, Mendon and Comstock.
Their names were George and Philip CLAUSS and they lived to 723 Walbridge Street, Kalamazoo.
George was born in 1837 to Scheibenhard and got married to Dorothy Rosenpack. Their son, George was born in 1869 to Mendon. Them descendants would be the GOODACRE family. I would like to verify this information.
Philip got married to Elizabeth WIRTZ. Their son Phillip C. was born in 1894 to Kalamazoo and got married to Clara Stier on September 6th, 1915.
