Cheryl, thanks for posting. Please accept my most sincere condolences for this unimaginable loss.

If you look at the profile, you can see that Private is the current manager of the profile. I am tagging him to bring his attention to this thread. In the future, you might want to try using the "Contact Profile Manager" link on the right-hand side of a profile in order to directly contact the manager, since they are unlikely to see your posts here in the discussion area.

In the meantime, I have updated the profile to show a death date of September 18, 2000 and a cause of death of drowning. I am sure Rick would also be happy to add you as a manager on the profile so you could edit/expand it however you'd like.

Also, please note that there is a profile someone else has made for you at Private. You might want to contact Customer Service to claim that profile and merge it in with yours.
