John, along with his father Patrick, and wife Grizzel arrived in 1752, which would mean all the children mentioned as being born from 1755 onward, would have been born here instead of Ireland. By the time John McKinley died, Ayr Township (Great Cove) was part of Fulton County and no longer in Bedford Co.,

From where had they sailed?
How did they get to Bedford, PA?
How did they make a living there?
