The new owner, Jon Åmundson moved in from outside Mo. His wife was Hege Homsdatter and came from Lofthus in Rauland, She was the widow of Ivar Sveinson and had a son with him, Ivar Ivarson (1775 -1829) who came to Upper Langeli.
When Jon got the North Felland North farm, the farm had a cottage with a fireplace with a porch and two bay windows. Two raised storage sheds, a barn with a hayloft and grain room alongside. A horse barn with hayloft, a cattle barn and a sheep shed, a bath house, a drying shed and a blacksmith shop. The farm also had 7 summer pastures.
Jon married Ingebjørg Såvisdatter Kvålen and lived with her as a farmer until the son Ånund got half of the farm in 1826. After that the farm was divided into two.
